Why am I receiving an authentication error? Can't Post

The following webmail authentication error:

'Your request cannot be authenticated. Either your session has timed out, or your IP address has changed. If you are dialing in via a modem, this can happen if you get disconnected. After reconnecting, you must log in again.'

indicates that the server has lost track of your webmail session. This is often caused by ISP disconnections. In addition, if your IP address changes during your session, you will have to reauthenticate. This error may also be caused by secondary attempts to connect to the same account. For security reasons, webmail does not support multiple simultaneous connections to a single account.
