What is the attachment limit in webmail?

Using webmail, there is a 10 MB total limit for attachments. Using client applications, however, you can send larger attachments. Generally, we don't advise sending attachments greater than 5 MB. To transfer larger files, we recommend you use our FTP login included with your hosting plan. Please contact Greatmail support for questions related to configuring an FTP client or accessing web-based FileMan.
