How do I delete messages from the server in webmail?

Deleting messages in webmail is a two-step process. First, you delete the messages, then delete the messages from the trash. By default, the trash is set to autopurge after 1 day. To change this setting:
1. Click on the webmail Preferences tab.
2. Set the value to a higher number or to '0' to disable autopurge.
